Ohen unit service

Standard servicing (recommended every 24 months) on Ohen 4.1 units take 1-2 business days to fulfil.

Full servicing takes 2-4 business days to fulfil. A full service includes replacement of critical components (manufacture calibrated) and is recommended every 5000 hours of use or when your unit is not producing ozone correctly. Ozone production capacity is returned to 100%.

Basic Servicing (for working discontinued units) takes 1 business day to fulfill. The unit should still be working, if it is not, consider a trade-in. Repairs or critical replacements are not available. Ozone production or recalibration is not available.

Services include various repairs; however, major repairs or replacements and repairs due to user error or damage are not included and may be quoted separately. To get a quote on repairs only without servicing, contact support@ohengroup.com.

Instructions:

1. Please ensure you package your Ohen unit safely. If you are having issues with any electronics or accessories, include the power supply or accessories in your package. In all other cases, we do not require the power supply or accessories for servicing.
2. Please sign and return the service acceptance form that will be emailed with order confirmation via email or ship it to us with your unit. Servicing will only begin once this form is returned.
