Ohen 3 Service

Servicing takes 1 business day to complete. Servicing is limited on these models, the unit must still turn on and produce ozone to be serviced. A service can only rectify;

• Slow output of ozone (in some circumstances if pertaining to a leak)
• Electrical repair (in some circumstances)
• Replacement of silicone or valves
  

If the unit cannot be serviced or no longer works, Ohen Group offers a standard trade-in program on a new unit. 

Instructions:

1. Please ensure you package your Ohen® unit safely. If you are having issues with any accessories, include these in your package. In all other cases, we do not require the accessories for servicing.
2. Please sign and email us the service acceptance form that will be sent to you via email with your order confirmation. Servicing will only begin once this form is returned.
